I have been interested in art for as long as I can remember, and have been painting and learning for over 30 years. I am increasingly inspired by abstract art, and how to create paintings that have a feeling of 'rightness'.
My starting point can vary from a fleeting memory, or be based on previous paintings, perhaps just a small area invited me to explore further possibilities. Texture now plays an important part in my work
I have been fortunate recently, to join an exciting group of abstract painters called Abstract Edge. I look forward to my future involvement and development within the group.
